Retained Search
This is a structured exclusive contractual approach for key hires. Working with your internal contact, we develop the job description, company profile, and search plan. We then start the direct recruitment process. We screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Once we have recruited the candidates we want you to meet, we schedule the interviews, follow-up with the candidate, provide in-depth reference checking, and ultimately, coordinate the offer for you.
