Mark Oltman attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Lebow College of Business in 2005. Mark’s career in business has spanned 2 decades primarily spent in the Banking and Food Service Industries.
Mark’s expertise and industry knowledge are vast as he spent much of his early career working within the other segments of the businesses such as operations, sales, procurement, and Risk Management. Mark also has extensive experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), corporate culture Integration, and SOP implementation. Mark thrives in a high-growth environment and is proficient in capitalizing on high-growth companies. Mark focuses on driving efficiencies and bottom-line results by implementing new technology and process improvement.
Currently, Mark serves as Chief Financial Officer of Foods Galore, one of the largest privately-owned broad line wholesale food distributors in the Philadelphia region located in Westampton, NJ. Mark joined Foods Galore in 2018 and has since helped navigate the company through many unusual business environments over that time. Mark recently helped identify and develop a new facility for Foods Galore to operate out of after being in Pennsauken for the past 29 years.
When Mark is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and all things Philadelphia Sports. Mark currently resides in Ambler, PA with his wife and two children.
